The story behind Holy Elegance
I was living as an LGBT woman. Faith wasn’t part of my world — not even close. I had my community, my identity, my life. God wasn’t on my radar.
Then one day, something I still can’t fully explain led me to pick up a Bible. I don’t know why. I just did. And when I started reading, something shifted deep inside me.
I read it. I felt it. I got baptized. My whole life changed.
My Journey
The Beginning
I was living my own truth, on my own terms. Faith seemed like something for other people.
The Search
Something called me to pick up a Bible. I can’t explain it even now. I just knew I had to read it.
The Creation
After my baptism, I wanted to carry my Bible beautifully. I couldn’t find anything worthy. So I made one. Then another. And Holy Elegance was born.
